“Shut the Door & Pour”

📖 Scripture
“Then go in, shut the door behind you and your sons, and pour oil into all the jars…”
— 2 Kings 4:4 (MSG)

🗣️ What Had Happen Was…
So this woman — a widow — was in serious debt. The type of broke where the bill collectors don’t just call, they show up at your house talkin’ about, “We’re takin’ your sons.”
So She’s panicking and runs to the prophet Elisha asking, “What do I even have left?” He’s like, “Well what’s in your house?”
She’s like, “A lil oil… nothin’ much.”
Elisha says, “Cool. Borrow empty jars — lots of ‘em. Then go inside, shut the door, and start pouring what you do have.”
And listen — she started pouring and it didn’t stop until the last borrowed jar was filled. God didn’t drop money from the sky. He multiplied what she already had… but only after she shut the door [OBEYED].

🔥 Real Talk
Sometimes your miracle needs privacy. God’s provision didn’t flow until the door was shut. Everybody can’t be in the room when God multiplies.

🚶🏽 Puttin’ it in Action
Today, turn your phone off for 10 minutes. No distractions. Just thank God for what you already have — and watch Him multiply it.

💡 What This Really Means
God often works in quiet rooms, not loud platforms.
